3. CIBIL / Credit Bureau Checks

When you use our free CIBIL check feature, we perform a soft enquiry through an RBI-approved credit bureau (CIBIL / Experian). Soft enquiries do NOT affect your credit score. Your PAN and personal details are used solely for score retrieval and are not stored beyond the session.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with:

• Lenders (HDFC, ICICI, Bajaj Finance, SBI, Axis Bank) when you explicitly apply for a loan
• Credit bureaus for score verification
• Payment processors for secure transactions

We never share your contact details with buyers or third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how users interact with our website. These tools collect anonymised data. You can opt out via your browser settings or by contacting us.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption. Financial data (PAN, bank details) is handled via PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
