Welcome to Kolesshhwar Motors ("KM Motors"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Platform Overview

KM Motors operates a digital marketplace for buying and selling two-wheelers, and facilitates two-wheeler loan applications with registered financial institutions. We are not a lender; we are a facilitator.

2. Buyer Terms

• All listed prices are indicative and subject to change without notice.
• New bike delivery timelines depend on brand dealer availability.
• Used bikes are sold as inspected. While KM Motors performs a 150-point inspection, we do not guarantee the absence of all defects.
• All sales are subject to document verification and payment clearance.

3. Seller Terms

• Listing on KM Motors is free. We charge a buyer convenience fee, not a seller commission.
• Sellers must be the legal owner of the vehicle listed and ensure all documents (RC, insurance, NOC) are valid.
• KM Motors reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our policies.
• Sellers must not misrepresent the condition, ownership, or history of the vehicle.
• Payment to sellers is processed within 48 hours of confirmed buyer payment.

4. Loan & Finance

• KM Motors is not a bank or NBFC. We facilitate loan enquiries between customers and registered lenders.
• Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lending institution.
• Interest rates displayed are indicative and may vary based on your credit profile.
• The CIBIL check offered is a soft enquiry and does not affect your credit score.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Listing stolen or encumbered vehicles
• Providing false information in any form or application
• Attempting to contact other users outside the platform
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

KM Motors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, or from loan applications with lenders. We are a facilitator, not a party to the underlying transaction.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
